ASWA, the Pan African Alliance of sex worker led groups, exists to strengthen the voices, to empower and to advocate for and advance the health and human rights of female, male and transgender sex workers including those living with HIV and using drugs through networking, movement building, and the development of partnerships.

One of our goals is to increase membership. We are therefor calling upon groups and organisations of sex workers (formal or informal) and NGOs that work with or support sex workers issues to sign up as members of ASWA.

Our members are drawn from both national, and grass root movements in various countries. Membership calls are usually done once a year.
