Opportunity to work with ASWA as office admin

The African Sex Workers Alliance (ASWA) is looking for a suitable person to join its team as an office administrator.

The duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
